2. Disclaimer Practitioners at Body Motion Lab are not medical professionals. Our services do not constitute medical treatment or advice. For any medical concerns, you must seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider.

3. Client Responsibility You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your medical history, conditions, and any injuries. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your treatment and we may be unable to proceed with your session.

4. Liability Body Motion Lab and its practitioners will not be held liable for any side effects or adverse reactions resulting from treatments. This includes cases where you have failed to notify the practitioner of any existing medical conditions or injuries.

5. Treatment Refusal If you refuse to disclose any medical or injury details that may impact your treatment, we reserve the right to refuse service.

6. Appointments and Cancellations All appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. 

Please note that there is a 72 hours cancellation policy for Derby and 5 days for London and Birmingham. If you cancel within these periods, your deposit for any treatment will be non-refundable, and any full payments for pop-ups will also be non-refundable.

7. Payment Terms Payments for services must be made at the time of treatment. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed at the time of your appointment. A deposit is required before booking.
